WEEK 1-2
INTRODUCTION TO PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Product management is one of the most promising and in-demand jobs of the decade. At this stage, you will understand Product Management at a foundational level, the role, different types, & responsibilities of a Product Manager.
WEEK 3-4
PRODUCT RESEARCH AND DISCOVERY
Product At this stage, you will go through the process of coming up with product ideas as well as evaluating, & validating the ideas.
You will learn how to conduct and conduct your own user research and how to structure findings into Product insights.
WEEK 5-6
PRODUCT ROADMAP & BACKLOG MANAGEMENT
Here, you will understand the principles behind designing a great Product, creating wireframes & Mockups. You will also learn to develop and develop your own product roadmap as well as manage backlog.
You will understand Agile Methodologies & Manage Product Development Lifecycle, creating specs & user stories for product developments and conducting Design Sprints & Usability Testing.
WEEK 7-8
PRODUCT METRICS AND RELEASE
For the final stage in this training, you will learn personas & journey mappings, understand metrics frameworks, and what metrics to track.
You will also learn to develop and develop a growth model for your product. You understand technology & software development terminologies
